I understand that things can come up. I value your time and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee. Any appointment not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be sent an invoice of 50% of what the scheduled services were valued at. The invoice must be paid in full before your appointment can be rescheduled. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
